Chocolate Chocolate Buckwheat

So many of my friends and family are avoiding or allergic to gluten and I was looking for a recipe that had the richness of a brownie.

Fudgy soft cookies made with buckwheat flour, giving it a nutty texture. Best eaten warm so that the chunks of bittersweet chocolate are melted and ooze when you take a bite.
